Jamie was one of our cooking school's first teachers and we just couldn't ignore the potential to join forces and showcase all that the region has to offer in terms of quality food, wine and spirits at an unrivalled wedding and events venue.
It's a stellar combination - with Jamie’s experience and finesse and our exquisite views, our guests are in for a real treat. The collaboration will provide exciting new dining options for weddings, corporate events and private dining experiences.

1. Private hands on cooking class
Our chefs will teach your group delicious recipes and fundamental cooking skills, whilst having loads of fun. Includes tuition, private menu, recipes, lunch or dinner with regional wine, beer and soft drink (standard package). Format - Interactive - Part hands on and part demonstration, with lots of tips and tricks from our chefs during class.

2. Exclusive LUNCH / dinner prepared by your private chef for the evening
Don’t feel like cooking! Sit back, relax and watch the theatre of a la carte dining unfold in our open plan kitchen & dining room. Your private chef will be on hand to answer any questions whilst preparing a delicious 4 course dinner exclusively for your group.
Minimum 40 people, Cost $119 per person – lunch / dinner only (beverage packages available or purchase from the bar on the evening).

The Vietnam Food I Am tour was well organised and a lot of fun. They took us to places you are not going to go if traveling without a food guide. We had a great time and will happily look for other tours organised by Tania & Nerida.

We had never thought to go to India having long entertained pre-conceived notions of what it would be like. Plus, I don't like spicy food. But, we signed up for Food I Am's North India Tour with friends and all we can say is, WOW. It was fabulous from start to finish. Food I Am's pre-tour organisation is second to none, so once you get there everything falls into place. And then, India just grabs you with a cacophony of sights, sounds, tastes and experiences right from the start. I spoke to our Tour Host Damien, who arranged non/mild-spicy food for me at each meal, and the rest of the tour just took off with perfect precision led by Damien and Mohinder. Highlight for me was the Taj Mahal at Sunset, but honestly, too many highlights to mention. Namaste
Our Food I am tour to Northern India was a trip to be treasured and remembered forever. Very professional in every way. Our guides where experienced and organised, accommodation well selected, restaurants and food experiences well planned, the itinerary flowed from one wonderful experience to the next and India enchanted us.
First time attending anything like this, did the Asian BBQ class, was honestly a fantastic experience. Learnt new skills, met nice people, staff were excellent. An inviting and fun experience.
Will be doing it again, definitely recommend.

Travelling to Bhutan with Food I Am was an amazing adventure from the moment we were picked up at the airport to our last day. Even driving around in the bus was an excellent, enjoying the magnificent scenery. Of course, the Tigers Nest hike was an amazing bucket list experience. Having just returned from a 12 day odyssey through northern India with Food I Am I can't rate them highly enough. The level of communication from the initial briefing, right through to daily updates from our guide Damien kept us well informed. The itinerary could not be faulted, the hotels all magnificent and the meals exceptional, from a Michelin starred restaurant to an amazing gastronomic Farm to Fork experience. Our 9 day Sicily tour was beyond our expectations. We traversed Sicily experiencing incredible locations, rustic food and fine dining. We were immersed into the Sicilian culture and lifestyle under the excellent guidance our wonderful tour guide Melina. Our 9 day sojourn was filled with incredible experiences which are now lifelong memories.
Our host, Melina was knowledgeable, friendly, energetic with a great sense of humour. She made each of us feel special. The food experiences were to die for! We tasted food that we would probably never have tried on our own and experienced authentic Sicilian hospitality. We enjoyed experiences that were off the beaten tourist track, stayed in sensational accommodation and made new friends. The tour was worth every cent!!
What a fantastic experience! Everything is organised and done amazingly. There wasn’t a day where we didn’t have fun, enough food and laughs. This tour has been etched in our memory and hand on heart was worth every dollar. Our guide, Melina was just the best with her knowledge, interaction and friendliness.
